Hi All –

My daughter has gone through the process to change her name legally and to change all her legal documents (birth certificate, SSN, passport).  It suddenly dawned on me that I probably need to change my will!  1: because she has turned 20 years old, and 2: due to the name change.

Has anyone had any issues with this and will a “regular” family practice lawyer be able to handle this?
