Hello,
I’m working with the guardians/parents of a gender-expansive kiddo and they are in disagreement regarding HRT. From my understanding, don’t both parents/guardians have to sign the informed consent in order for the child (under 18 and not emancipated) to receive gender-affirming medical care?
