We are heading to Scottsdale at the end of the week where our daughter (25) will be having gender affirmation surgery.  Or as we’ve been saying, she’s getting a vagina for her birthday.

We think we’ve done the homework we’re supposed to do, but of course there will be something fundamental that we will have missed.  If anyone here has suggestions for our list, please let me know.
