I’m looking for suggestions on places to move for my kids.
We live in TX and the bills being passed through will negatively impact the LGBTQIA+ community and particularly trans youth so we will not longer be able to legally affirm if the recent bill passes.

We are looking at WA (although I am worried about all of the rainfall and depression) and CO. I know every state will have pockets of unsupportive folx but I am hoping to get more info here. Ideally there would be a strong LGBT+ community within the middle/high schools and more liberal leaning people, with laws that protect LGBT+ youth and adults.

Do you know of any schools with students who are affirming?
