Hi Everyone, I am at the very beginning of taking steps to gather information and learn about the road to top surgery for my almost 15 year old son. Since he came out recently and well after puberty, we haven’t felt the need to go to a doctor so far. I’m assuming that the first step would be to just make an initial appointment, and his insurance is Apple Health/Medicaid so I was thinking of going to Children’s. Are there any beloved doctors there? I’ve seen mention of a few, but don’t know who might be best to try. I’m also very willing to travel in the greater Seattle area – we are closer to West Seattle, but I can happily go wherever. I’d be very grateful if anyone has similar experience to share or tips at this beginning point of the process?
