I am trying to find people to talk to within the community (adults and students) to figure out how to make school bathrooms safe and more accommodating. I tend to hear from parents/students/and online resources that the transgender community avoids public bathrooms. I am hoping to come up with new options for public schools to make bathrooms safe for kids. I would love to hear what people have tried, what has worked, what doesn’t work so far so I don’t try and reinvent the wheel or make things worse.
