Somewhere in getting acclimated to the support options out and about I find myself wondering if some people whose children manifest their gender identity completely as the opposite gender and at a young age see their children as more trans than those who come into their identity at 18 or who are non-binary/fluctuate in presentation. Ideally I know the support should be equal for all but are there people who feel that their kids are more trans than other people’s kids? I don’t want to imagine I’m sensing that if it isn’t true at all, and if it does exist I would like to make sure I am in the right groups for support.

I don’t get to choose how my kid transitions and I certainly didn’t get to choose the time. But when they said they wanted to die, all I know is that I have to try everything I can to be the best mom I can be.

    Thank you

    Deon
