Autism+trans friendly Psychiatrist and Primary Care doc for 18 year old?

Hi, friends! My 18 year old kid is getting the slow boot from both the Seattle Children’s Autism Center and the Gender Clinic. They will have at least one more appointment at both, but we would like to have their next providers be in place ASAP.
They will need both a primary care physician who prescribes hormones and is good with trans and Autistic young adults, and a psychiatrist who is also good with trans and Autistic young adults and can manage a complex cocktail of meds.
The Gender Clinic has given us a list of primary care providers, at least, and one who looked promising was Lars Kaine at Virginia Mason in Kirkland. We prefer people on the Eastside since we live in Redmond.
Anyway, we would VERY much appreciate any recommendations you all might have. Thank you so much in advance! <3
