Extreme fatigue with testosterone blockers?

Hello!
To those of whose daughters are transwomen using hormones and T-blockers, I have questions. Has your daughter experience major fatigue and/or loss of motivation?
My kiddo did okay while taking female hormones for the first year. Then she added t-blockers about a year ago (cyproterone acetate) and everything changed. She sleeps 12 hours a day, and she’s dropped so many of her university courses the last 3 terms, she may get kicked out of her major. It’s devastating to watch her educational opportunities dwindle.
Anyone have similar or related experiences with their daughters? I’m wondering if the fatigue could be a side-effect of puberty.
