Extreme Introversion

My 12 yo daughter has become extremely introverted in the 7 months or so since she started middle school and the use of she/her pronouns. She had a cognitive/psych eval yesterday as part of her plan to start puberty blockers, and the psychologist indicated that the level of introversion was the only mental health concern. He gave me some tips on how to work on this. As she’s also on the spectrum and a very stubborn, black and white thinker who can argue her case for hours if she doesn’t want to go somewhere or do something outside the home. Anyone have a similar situation and any advice? A year ago, we were able to eat out in restaurants and go to friends houses and so many things that she just doesn’t want to do anymore.
