Facial hair removal – Seattle

Facial and body hair are a big contributor to my child’s gender dysphoria. I truly think that hair removal will be a big step towards feeling more at home in their body. Body hair is easy to address with depilatory creams but I do not want them to use chemicals on their face (particularly with acne treatments ongoing) and shaving is out of the question as it is such a culturally “male” thing and there’s the whole stubble thing, too.

So two questions: 1. What at home treatments have people found to actually be effective on facial hair that isn’t too painful? and 2. What trans-friendly providers of electrolysis have people found in the Seattle area?
