First binder and swimwear

We are embarking on finding some coverage for under regular clothes as well as swimwear. My son is 10 and on the small side. Tips on where to shop for binders or source used ones would be greatly appreciated. He’s also now at a point in development where he can’t comfortably go topless at the beach/pool and we’re looking for ideas there.
