Hi, we’re considering changing insurance companies and want to check first to understand whether they will cover hormone blockers and eventually hormones. Does anyone know the insurance code for hormone blockers / hormones and/or the names of the drugs? We’re not there yet, but will be within a year or two and want to plan ahead if we can. Thanks!
