MTF bottom surgeon recommendations in Washington

We live in Spokane, WA where Dr. Stiller practices gender reassignment surgeries. Someone was asking about him a few years ago. Has anyone had direct personal experience with surgeries with Dr. Stiller? We were thinking we might need to go to Seattle/Tacoma for a more experienced surgeon but it says on his website that he is the ONE surgeon in Washington doing these procedures, is this true?
