Referrals for autistic trans teen girl

Our kid’s psychologist of six years just informed us that she will not be returning from maternity leave (now that she’s been gone 6 months – aaargh). The substitute we’ve been seeing at her practice is awful – talks more than listens; uses anecdotes and metaphors to the point I sometimes can’t figure out what she’s getting at, much less my autistic kid. Anyone have a great psychologist who is both autism and trans affirming? Does not have to be a child-psych as our kid will be 18 next Thursday. Bonus if they are in-network Aetna.
