States that will protect medical care for transgender youth

Our child will likely start blockers within the next year. We live in the southeast region of the US, where our state and all surrounding states are pushing and moving discriminatory bills to prevent participation in school athletics and criminalize medical care for transgender youth. My child has attended the same school for the past 9 years and has 4 more to go – it is our second home and is fully accepting and supportive – so we do not want to move out of state until we have finished our years there. But we are preparing to travel out of state for medical care in the meantime. Which states are taking the opposite approach and actually putting laws in place that protect medical care for transgender youth? Would love provider recommendations in said states as well!
