What documents to bring for King County District Court (Redmond) name change?

Hi, fellow parents! We are planning to complete the legal name change for our nonbinary (AMAB) 17-year-old child Alex in a couple of weeks. Alex does not have a driver’s license/passport/other photo ID, so we were wondering if it would be enough to bring the original birth certificate and social security card. Is there any other documentation you all recommend? Thank you! :)Heather
