When to make first gender clinic appointment?

Our daughter is 5 and socially transitioned nearly a year ago. Our community is supportive, our daughter doesn’t have any dysphoria. My question is, if we don’t have any concerns or questions for now, at what point do we make an appointment with a gender clinic? I know we want to establish care before we need puberty blockers, but roughly when is that for an AMAB kiddo? Do we set up care now just so we’re established or do we wait until we have questions or think we’re getting close to needing additional services (e.g., blockers)?
