Trans Families names Emma Gray Board Treasurer

Gender Odyssey Alliance/Trans Families is proud to announce that Emma Gray (she/her) has been named Board Treasurer by the board of directors. The board of directors affirmed this appointment at their meeting on January 19, 2022.

Emma Gray first became involved with the organization in 2017 when attending the Gender Odyssey conference in Seattle. In addition to being an annual supporter, she developed close relationships with organization leaders and acted as a mentor for families with transgender youth.

Nikki Neuen, Executive Director of Trans Families says “We are so fortunate to have Ms. Gray join our board at this pivotal moment of Trans Families’ development. Her career experience and knowledge of planning for and managing growth are exactly the kind of stewardship we need at a time when our member list is growing over 150% annually.”

Gray comes to the Gender Odyssey Alliance board after the Human Rights Campaign’s Seattle Steering Committee, and several decades developing and managing multimillion dollar projects for companies such as Broadcom, Teknovus, and Marvell Semiconductor.
