Trans Families Thanks Seattle Sounders FC for Support

In case you missed it, the Seattle Sounders FC and their charitable arm RAVE Foundation, wore and then auctioned off custom rainbow jerseys to support LGBTQ youth. Trans Families is honored to receive a donation from these efforts, continuing our partnership with the team.

In 2019, youth from Trans Families joined the team for an on the field event. And, in 2020, our Founder, Aidan Key, worked with the team and the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) to create a toolkit outlining best practice guidelines for trans/nonbinary youth in sports.

We are so thankful for community partners like the Seattle Sounders Football Club, without whom we wouldn’t be able to continue our life-changing work supporting transgender/nonbinary youth and their families!
